It’s made from the same batch as our Mauricio Lavé, but roasted using a slightly darker approach.
By extending the total roasting time and finishing at a slightly higher temperature, we’ve toned down the acidity to bring out notes of dark chocolate and caramel.
But don’t expect an overpowering bitterness — this is far from a “dark” or “Italian” roast!
Perfectly balanced and naturally sweet, this coffee pairs beautifully with any type of milk.
