This kit allows you to adapt the Yakima OverHaul HD™ truck rack systems to the integrated rails of Retrax XR Series, Embark LS, and Pace-Edwards UltraGroove tonneau covers (except 2004 and newer Ford F-150 models).

This way, you get the benefits of both a retractable tonneau cover and a truck bed rack.
